Jan Philipp Albrecht has been a Member of the European Parliament for the German Green Party since 2009. He is vice-chair of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs. Before his election, he studied ICT law in Berlin, Brussels, Hannover and Oslo.
