Can I write an article for the Journal?
The Green European Journal puts out regular calls for articles, ahead of each edition. Calls are circulated on the website and via the newsletter and social media. In between calls, you can propose an article via the ‘Get involved’ button at the top of the page. The Editorial Board has the final say on whether submitted articles are published in the editions or on the website. Before submitting, please review our editorial guidelines which give details about the appropriate length and style of articles.
Is it possible to reproduce an article published by the Green European Journal?
Yes, however the copyright requirements may differ from article to article. Please email gej[@]gef.eu (or use this contact form) to make a specific inquiry.
What is the relationship between the Green European Journal and the Green European Foundation?
While promoting the Green European project and aiming to work closely with all the GEF’s stakeholders in the European Green political family, the Editorial Team will work autonomously and take its editorial decisions independently.
How does the Green European Journal operate?
The Editor-in-Chief coordinates work on the journal and takes ultimate responsibility for decisions on content and production. The Editorial Board advises the Editor-in-Chief on the content of the journal, key themes to be addressed, and achieving the necessary balance in each issue of the GEJ.
