Céline Charveriat is the core expert of the Green European Foundation’s (GEF’s) Knowledge Community on a Green Caring Society. She is also the Founder and Director of Pro(to)topia, Adjunct Professor at PSIA and former Executive Director at the Institute for European Environmental Policy (IEEP).
