Renata Ávila Pinto (born 1 January 1981) is a Guatemalan attorney and activist specialising in technology and intellectual property. Since October 2021, she has been the CEO of the UK-based Open Knowledge Foundation. A former fellow and affiliate of the Stanford Institute of Human-Centred Artificial Intelligence, she is currently associated with the Centre for Internet and Society at CNRS, France.
