The Green European Journal offers free shipping on all orders.
We organise shipments once a month, typically at the start of the last week of each month. If your order is placed after this time, it will be included in the following shipment. After processing, delivery times vary based on location, with most orders arriving within 20 days.
If you wish to update your delivery address or payment details, or want to cancel your subscription, click here. In case of cancellation, you remain entitled to the print edition(s) published until the expiration of your subscription, but you will not be charged again.
If your payment and delivery details are correct but you did not receive your order, please fill in this form and we’ll look into the issue.
Subscriptions start from the next print edition. If you wish to receive an already published print edition, you can order a single copy instead.
Both standard and solidarity subscribers receive two editions a year. Standard Green European Journal sales and subscriptions cover shipping costs. Solidarity subscriptions cover shipping costs and contribute towards production and printing costs.
We currently ship to all EU countries, as well as Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and United Kingdom.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you tell us to stop. Before the start of each renewal, you will be sent a reminder notice stating the term and rate then in effect. If you do nothing, your subscription will be activated for another year, and your credit/debit card will be charged.
Payments are processed through Stripe, which is secure and encrypted. The Green European Journal does not hold any payment information such as credit cards. This information is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.
