The Green European Journal* offers free shipping on all orders to virtually any address in the world.
We organise shipments once a month, typically at the start of the last week. If your order is placed after this time, it will be included in the following month’s shipment. After processing, delivery times vary based on location, with most orders arriving within 10 to 20 days.
If you did not receive your order or wish to change your delivery address, please fill in the subscription and order management form. If you wish to return you order, please contact us at gej@gef.eu.
Subscriptions include the current edition and the next one.
Both standard and solidarity subscribers receive two editions a year. Standard Green European Journal sales and subscriptions cover shipping costs. Solidarity subscriptions cover shipping costs and contribute towards printing costs.
For your convenience, your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you tell us to stop. Before the start of each renewal, you will be sent a reminder notice stating the term and rate then in effect. If you do nothing, your subscription will be activated for another year, and your credit/debit card will be charged for your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription and automatic renewal, and update payment card information, your email address, and/or delivery address by filling in the subscription and order management form. In case of cancellation, you remain entitled to the remaining subscription you have already purchased.
Payments are processed through Stripe which is secure and encrypted. The Green European Journal does not hold any payment information such as credit cards. This information is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.
