Alison Hutchinson

Dr Alison Hutchinson is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of Sheffield, UK. Her research draws on a critical green criminological framework to investigate the nature species and environmental (in)justice underpinning wildlife harms and crimes. Her current research on the UKRI-funded Beastly Business team examines perceptions toward the (il)legal exploitation, and broader harms, toward European eels from a UK context.
