Dr. Dominik Tolksdorf is program director for Foreign affairs at the Heinrich Böll Foundation Washington, DC. Focusing in his work on US politics and transatlantic relations, Eastern Europe and EU politics, he has published a number of peer-reviewed publications, commissioned studies, think-tank papers and op-eds, and in 2012 published a book on the EU’s policies towards Bosnia and Herzegovina.
