Frank Habineza is the president of the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda, a member of the Rwandan parliament, president of the African Greens Federation, and a representative for Africa on the Council of Global Greens. In 2021, he was selected to attend COP26 as a member of the Global Greens delegation.
