George Monbiot is a British journalist and author. His books include Regenesis: Feeding the World without Devouring the Planet (Penguin, 2022), Out of the Wreckage: a New Politics for an Age of Crisis (Verso, 2017), and Feral (Penguin, 2013). He has been a columnist for The Guardian newspaper since 1996 and has received the Orwell Prize for Journalism.
