Jakub Majmurek is a film scholar, essayist and publicist. Active as a film critic, he also writes about literature and visual arts. Graduate of film studies at the Jagiellonian University’s Institute of Political and International Studies in Kraków, he also studied at the School of Social Sciences at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw.
