Dr. Neil Falzon is the founder and director of aditus foundation, a human rights NGO in Malta. He lectures human rights law at the University of Malta and coordinates the Platform of Human Rights Organisations in Malta (PHROM). He previously worked as an independent human rights lawyer and headed the Malta office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
