Taja Vovk van Gaal

Taja Vovk van Gaal is a historian and curator in contemporary history and in cultural and project management. She led the academic team responsible for curating exhibitions in the House of European History, a museum which opened its doors in Brussels in May 2017.

Previously, she has worked as director of the City museum of Ljubljana, Slovenia and as head of support at the European Cultural Foundation. She has also been a member of the board of trustees of the European Museum Forum.
