Toma Istomina is a Ukrainian journalist. She is deputy editor-in-chief of the English-language online newspaper Kyiv Independent, which she co-founded in 2021. She graduated in international broadcasting at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and began her career as a staff writer at the Kyiv Post in 2017.
