Daniel Hegedűs

Daniel Hegedűs is Rethink.CEE fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States. His areas of research include populism, democratic backsliding, authoritarian diffusion, and the European and foreign affairs of the East-Central-European countries. In the past he has worked in different research, lecturer and project management positions at Freedom House, the German Council on Foreign Relations, the German Institute for International and Security Affairs, in the Institute for Eastern-European Studies at the Free University Berlin, at the Humboldt University to Berlin, and the Eötvös Loránd University Budapest.
