Daniel Segoin

Daniel Segoin is currently working as a Senior Legal Counsel in the Legal Service of the European Central Bank, representing the ECB before EU Courts and providing advice on various kinds of EU and international matters related to banking and prudential regulation. Previously he worked in the Legal Service of the French Ministry for Foreign affairs as a legal counsel representing the French government before the CJEU and arbitration courts on matters related to Trade and the Eurozone. He is a lecturer at the University of Strasbourg on the law of the Economic and Monetary Union.
