Ivan U. Kłyszcz

Ivan U. Kłyszcz is a research fellow at the Tallinn-based International Centre for Defence and Security (ICDS). He holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of Tartu and a Master’s in Central and Eastern European Studies and has spent years researching Russian foreign policy – his primary area of expertise – alongside broader topics such as territorial autonomy and geopolitics in Central Asia. Of Polish origin, born in Mexico and now based in Estonia for nearly a decade, Kłyszcz brings a distinctly transnational perspective on North-South relations.
