Kiran Grewal

Kiran Grewal convenes the MA in Human Rights, Culture and Social Justice at Goldsmiths College and co-directs its Unit for Global Justice. Kiran’s current research is focused on the social justice struggles of marginalised and/or subaltern groups in Sri Lanka and what they can contribute to decolonial theory and practice. She is the author of two books: The Socio-Political Practice of Human Rights (2016, Routledge) and Racialised Gang Rape and the Reinforcement of Dominant Order: Discourses of Gender, Race and Nation (2017, Routledge).
