Mirela Grünther-Đečević is an international development expert with more than 15 years of experience specialising in advocacy and implementation and oversight of democratic government programmes in South East Europe. As an independent consultant she has been working for various international organizations such as United Nations Development Programme, College of Europe, Office of the High Representative, etc. Prior to that she was the Head of the Heinrich Böll Foundation Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
