Tim is a graduate of the Global Governance and Diplomacy program at Oxford University, where he wrote his dissertation on fossil fuel divestment. He has worked on renewable energy policy in Gemany and Brazil, and currently blogs for the Foreign Policy Association about climate change and UN affairs.
