Arūnas Burinskas

Arūnas Burinskas is an associate professor at Vilnius University’s Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, where he leads the Department of Economic Policy. His research spans competition, innovation policies, industrial organisation, and international trade. Beyond academia, he has worked with governmental agencies, notably Lithuania’s Innovation Agency and the Government Strategic Analysis Centre (STRATA).
