Kacper Szulecki

Kacper Szulecki is a researcher at the Department of Political Science, University of Oslo, and a research professor in the Center for Energy Research at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs. He is also a fellow in Include – a research centre for socially inclusive energy transitions at the University of Oslo, member of the Climate Strategies network as well as an editor and columnist of the Polish weekly Kultura Liberalna.
