Dr. Moustapha Kamal Gueye is coordinator of the green jobs programme at the International Labour Organization in Geneva, working to promote positive employment outcomes of policies on climate change, green economy and sustainable development. Previously, Kamal served as head of green economy advisory services at the United Nations Environment Programme and as senior programme manager for environment at the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development in Geneva.
