Sonia Moreno is a graduate in Information Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid, and holds a master’s degree in Writing for Film and Television. Specialised in international affairs, the Maghreb, and human rights, she has been a journalist since 1996, working as a correspondent in the Maghreb for more than a decade. She has been awarded the Juan Andrés García National Journalism Prize, the Carmen Burgos Prize, and the Africa Mundi Prize.
